Orabella is operated by Rashrash OÜ (registry no. 17258263). We are based in Estonia and deliver worldwide. We aim to dispatch each order with care and transparency, but some pieces require a short procurement period before they leave our warehouse .

Most in‑stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days, while made‑to‑order or procured items may need up to 10 business days for sourcing and quality control . If your order contains both in‑stock and made‑to‑order items, we send everything together once all pieces are ready (unless you request split shipping) .

Estimated delivery times are counted from the dispatch date. After dispatch, deliveries generally arrive within:

• Estonia/EU: 5–10 business days
  
• Israel & the Middle East: 5–10 business days
  
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
  

These are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local courier conditions .

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on destination, order value and service. For orders under €150 a €10 fee applies; orders of €150 or more are shipped free of charge (where eligible) . Import duties, taxes and local charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility .

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a confirmation e‑mail with a tracking number and link . You can monitor your parcel through our website or the courier’s portal.

If your order contains multiple items sourced from different partner studios, they may be shipped in separate parcels. You will receive tracking details for each shipment .

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact our logistics team at support@orabella.style with your order number. We will liaise with the courier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund after the investigation concludes .

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees. These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility . Refusing a delivery because of unpaid customs fees may result in a partial refund only (shipping costs are non‑refundable) .

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a designated person) receive the goods . After notifying us within that time, you have another 14 days to return the items .

Returned items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered (except for trying on), with all original Orabella tags, labels and security ribbons attached . They must be free from stains, odours and damage and must include the original packaging . Items failing inspection may be refused or subject to a partial refund .

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned: custom or made‑to‑order products, items marked “final sale”, or opened lingerie, swimwear and hosiery where hygiene strips have been removed .

1. Notify us: E‑mail support@orabella.style within 14 days of delivery, providing your name, order number, items for return/exchange and (if relevant) photos showing any defects .
   
2. Choose a return method:
   
   Return by mail: We will issue a Return Authorisation (RMA) with the correct address. Unless the item is faulty, you cover return shipping and we recommend tracked postage .
   
   In‑person return: With prior authorisation, you may return items to Ora Boutique, Derech Yafo 92, Haifa, Israel. Refunds or exchanges are processed by our EU team after inspection .
   
   

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit upon request) and processed within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment . Shipping fees are refundable only when the return is made under your legal right of withdrawal .

What if I want to exchange for a different size or colour?

Indicate your desired size or colour when starting your return. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit .

What should I do if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours for delivery errors or within a reasonable time after discovering a defect . Provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and offer a repair, replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) .

The policy is governed by the laws of Estonia. EU consumers may submit complaints through the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform .

We collect the following categories of personal information:

We are headquartered in Estonia and use service providers worldwide. When personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognised safeguards, or your explicit consent, as appropriate .

We employ organisational, technical and physical safeguards—such as TLS encryption, access controls and regular penetration testing—to protect personal data. However, no online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security .

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in our policy or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it .
