Thank you for shopping with Orabella. We take pride in delivering each order with care and transparency. The following terms explain our shipping, processing, and delivery practices.
1. Order Processing & Procurement TimeMost of our fashion pieces are sourced from curated suppliers and partner ateliers. Because of this, some items require a short procurement and quality-control period of 4–10 business days before dispatch.
- In-stock items: Usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Procured or made-to-order items: Require up to 10 business days before shipment.
- If your order contains both in-stock and procured items, the shipment will be sent together once all pieces are ready (unless you request split shipping).
You will receive an email notification with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse or partner studio.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times- Estonia / EU: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
- Israel & Middle East: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local courier conditions. Once shipped, transit times are beyond our control but we assist promptly with any courier issues.
3. Shipping Fees- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order value, and selected service.
- Orders below €150 (EUR): a €15 shipping fee applies.
- Orders of €150 (EUR) or more: free shipping applies automatically at checkout where eligible.
- Occasionally, Orabella offers free shipping promotions — these apply automatically where eligible.
- Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can monitor your parcel's journey directly through our website or the courier's tracking portal.
5. Split ShipmentsOrders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels if necessary (for example, when items are sourced from different partner studios). You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
6. Delivery Issues & Lost ParcelsIf your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@orabella.style with your order number. We will assist by contacting the courier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund once the investigation concludes.
7. Address AccuracyPlease ensure your delivery address is entered correctly during checkout. Orabella cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
8. Customs, Duties & TaxesInternational orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. These are assessed by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. Refusing delivery due to unpaid customs fees may result in partial refunds only (excluding shipping costs).
9. Delivery ConfirmationAll deliveries require a signature or proof of receipt from the customer or their authorized representative. Once delivery is confirmed, Orabella is no longer liable for loss or damage.
10. Order CancellationsOrders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered processing. Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

11. Delays Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)Orabella is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Armed conflicts, wars, or military operations
- Government restrictions, sanctions, or trade embargoes
- Customs holds, import/export restrictions, or regulatory changes
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
- Carrier disruptions, port closures, or route suspensions
- Force majeure events of any kind
In the event that international shipping routes to your destination become unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer the following options:
- Hold the order — we will reserve your item(s) and ship at no additional cost once the route resumes. No time limit applies.
- Full refund — processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
A full refund represents complete restitution of your purchase. Orabella does not offer additional compensation (discounts, store credit, or other concessions) for delays caused by force majeure events. Orabella reserves the right to determine which shipping routes and methods are available at any given time.
