Terms of service
Effective Date: 17 June 2025
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By visiting, using or purchasing through Orabella.style (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept every provision, you must not access the Site or use any related services.
2. Store Eligibility
You represent that you (i) have reached the age of majority in your country or have parental consent and (ii) will comply with all laws that apply to you, including export-control and sanctions laws.
3. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. Content you submit (excluding card data) may travel unencrypted across networks; credit-card information is always encrypted in transit. You agree not to reproduce, sell or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
4. Accuracy of Information
Material on the Site is provided for general information only. We are not responsible if content is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You agree to monitor changes; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
5. Modifications to Service and Prices
Prices may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service—or any feature—without liability to you or third parties.
6. Products & Services
Items may be offered exclusively online, in limited quantities, and in accordance with our Return Policy. Colours and images depend on your display device. We may limit sales by person, region or jurisdiction and may cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers.
7. Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account data and to promptly update such information. We may cancel or limit quantities per customer or per order and will attempt to notify you using the contact details supplied.
8. Optional Tools & New Features
Third-party tools are provided “as is” without warranties. Your use is entirely at your risk and you should familiarise yourself with each provider’s terms. Any new features added to the Site will also be subject to these Terms.
9. Third-Party Links
Third-party links may direct you to sites we do not control. We are not liable for any third-party materials, products or services. Complaints or questions must be directed to the third-party concerned.
10. User Content
If you send comments, ideas or other submissions, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide licence to edit, copy, publish, translate and otherwise use them without restriction. You must not violate any third-party rights or transmit malware.
11. Personal Information
Personal data provided through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy (effective 17 June 2025).
12. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
We may correct errors or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time, including after you have submitted an order.
13. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to violate intellectual-property rights, to transmit viruses or spam, to collect personal data of others, or to interfere with security features. Breach may result in immediate termination.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rashrash OÜ, its directors, employees, agents and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or any products purchased.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Rashrash OÜ and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
18. Termination
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either party. We may terminate or suspend access if we believe you have violated any provision. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rashrash OÜ and supersede all prior proposals or communications.
20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn. Consumers in the EU may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
(If your primary market is the USA and you wish to adopt binding arbitration and class-action waiver language similar to Fashion Nova, please advise and we will add the relevant clauses.)
21. Changes to the Terms
We may update or replace any part of these Terms by posting revisions on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
