It wraps rather than fastens — a deep V crossing over the bust, a self-tie belt drawn round the waist so you set the fit yourself, and the skirt falling open at the front as you walk. Short puff sleeves gather in at the elbow. The silk is fine enough to move on its own, so the whole thing is lined.
